Omer Ozguven

Ömer Özgüven holds a B.A. in Japanese Language and Literature from Ankara University, Turkey and a Research Student Certificate from the Graduate School of Humanities and Sociology of the University of Tokyo, where he specialised in Japanese history. Born and raised in Turkey, he also studied English in the UK, and consequently is a fluent speaker of English and Japanese as well as being a native speaker of Turkish. He has worked as an interpreter in Turkey for various Japanese companies including Sumitomo Corporation, Kobelco, Kagome, Asahi Shimbun, Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Uniqlo, Satotekko, and Kyodo News.
