Vivian Haag

Vivian Haag holds an M.A. in Japanese Studies, Political Science and History from then University of Heidelberg. She won scholarships to study at Waseda University and Chiba University in Japan and also lived in Japan as a child for twelve years. She is fluent in Japanese, German and English, and also speaks French. She worked for Yakult Germany GmbH in the Public Relations Department and as a Consultant in the Economics Department at the Japanese Embassy in Bonn. She then spent two years in sales and account management at TPS Labs AG, a Customer Relationship Management software company which she helped enter the Japanese market, and three years at Oracle Deutschland, as a Senior Sales Representative. She has also been trained in Total Quality Management.
