Anne Linehan holds a Masters in Organization Development from Loyola University and a B.F.A. from Florida State University.
Anne has over 17 years of experience helping individuals and organizations increase their effectiveness. Anne’s work is concentrated in two areas: Leadership Development – management training, executive coaching, 360 degree feedback and succession planning; and Organizational Change – organization effectiveness assessment, strategic planning, culture integration and team development.
Anne has been a training and organization development consultant for the past 11 years, working with a wide range of industries, including technology firms, consumer product goods, health care, financial institutions and consulting firms.
Anne’s success as a consultant is based on the high level of trust she establishes with her clients. She works with individuals and teams to help them identify their goals, clearly see their development areas, create and execute a plan of action.
Before becoming a consultant, Anne was part of the Management Development Training team at the Northern Trust Company. In this capacity, she was responsible for the development and delivery of management development, customer service, coaching, interpersonal problem solving, and presentation skills courses. Prior to the Northern Trust, Anne worked at The Executive Technique teaching presentation and interpersonal communication skills courses.
