Executive coaching: Cross-cultural leadership
We offer executive coaching that takes into account the complexity of leadership in a multi-cultural environment. In order to support a leader who wishes to enhance their effectiveness we draw on proven developmental tools such as Myers Briggs Type Indicator ("MBTI") and the Global Executive Leadership Inventory ("GELI") (both available in Japanese) that help leaders to:
- Develop an appreciation of different working styles in the areas of communication, relationships, decision-making and self-organisation
- Accept and understand their strengths and weaknesses
- Expand their behavioural repertoire and discover more creative ways of approaching difficult interpersonal issues
- Become more effective at operating in multi-cultural teams and organisations
- Put together an agenda for professional advancement
- Acquire a greater capacity to cope with stress during personal and business transitions
- Better manage the tensions between their professional and private lives
